ZipBolt || The First Gear Driven Rail Attaching System

Little has changed throughout the years, simplifying the way handrail and fittings are attached. This innovation - to a process deemed one of the most “antagonizing” in stair installation, will save you time and money.
The Zip Bolt® - Rail Bolt uses the same boring configuration used by stair builders for decades with – one - very big difference. This system utilizes a heavy-duty threaded insert, rail bolt and a gear driven nut assembly that simplifies the process of attaching handrail /stair fittings together. Using the Mark II Gear Driver accessory, the installer no longer is trying to struggle to fit a wrench into a 1” hole. The Gear Driver can be used in a standard ratchet style handle.

Fitts introduces stock lines of long length handrail in 6010 profile 18' in Oak, Maple & Cherry solid cap handrails. Fitts also runs 22' bendable rails. All handrails can be run in longer lengths - but, will be non-stocked items. |
